It is usually possible to arrange pop songs for the classical guitar, especially slower ballad-like pieces. If there is something you would like to hear in a performance, please ask.

Manuel de Falla
West Yorkshire Classical Guitar Society, Leeds Flamenco Festival 2015.
The first movement of Antonio José's Sonata for Guitar is one of my favourite pieces for the instrument. Full of drama, excitement and lyricism, it reflects the youthful confidence and passion of its composer and the artistic culture of early 20th-century Spain.
Manuel de Falla's tribute to Claude Debussy is full of fascinating contrasts: evocative of Spain, yet imitating a French impressionist composer; grief in the rhythm of a dance; passion and understatement. Benjamin Britten said this short piece had 20 minutes of music in it.
